Low Peak Season:

• Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure timely processing.

• Express Orders carry a $10 surcharge (not guaranteed, please confirm prior).

High Peak Season:

• To accommodate the rush, orders must be placed at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

• A full deposit is required for orders of 3 items or less to confirm your reservation.

• For orders totaling $50 and up after quotation, a 50% deposit is necessary to confirm your order.

Design Details:

• Customers are encouraged to provide existing images for printing.

• Any unique design creation or manipulation by us incurs a $5 surcharge at the owner's discretion.

Stock & Delivery:

• We do not maintain stock unless specified otherwise.

• Delivery is available locally and countrywide at the customer's expense. (Please see below our payment delivery methods)

• Please ensure prompt pick-up of your order upon completion. We cannot be held responsible for items left unattended for 3 days or more.
